Ms. Tali Rosenbaum,
CEO (acting)
Tali Rosenbaum joined ETView as the company’s
CEO (acting) in May 2007, nearly 2 years
after serving as the Director General of
the ministry of science and Technology.
During those 2 years Tali owned and managed
a business planning consulting firm, servicing
mostly entrepreneurs, start-ups and venture
capital firms.
In the early ninety’s, Tali was HR
manager at Tower Semi Conductors. Prior
to that she was an internal advisor (all
levels) of Cyclone aviation products.
Tali holds a M.Sc. degree from the Technion
-Israel Institute of Technology from the
faculty of Industrial eng. and management.
Prof. Noam Gavriely,
M.D., D.Sc., Chief Medical Officer
Prof. Noam Gavriely combines unique experience
in academic and applied research, with clinical
interests in emergency and critical care
medicine. Having a broad background in life
sciences and physiology, as well as in engineering
and signal processing, provides Gavriely
with a perspective that he applies to bringing
innovative technologies to the bedside.
In 1996, Gavriely founded and managed Karmel
Medical Acoustic Technologies Ltd. (KMAT),
a start-up company that developed acoustic
monitors for asthma management based on
his innovations. Under his leadership the
company raised more than $7,000,000 from
VCs and Israeli government grants. The company's
achievements included the development of
the PulmoTrack, a stand-alone wheeze monitor
that was the first acoustic monitor ever
approved by the FDA.
In 1999, Gavriely founded OHK Medical Devices,
a division of Oneg HaKarmel Ltd..
The company
develops devices for the emergency treatment
of critical patients and for orthopedic
surgery, focusing on providing novel medical
systems for the treatment of acute emergency
and surgical patients and its products are
sold worldwide.
An internationally known expert in respiratory
physiology, Prof. Gavriely received his
M.D. and D.Sc. from the Technion-Israel
Institute of Technology. He has served as
head of the Pulmonary Physiology Unit, at
the Technion's Rappaport Faculty of Medicine,
since 1984. He received a secondary appointment
at Northwestern University's Biomedical
Engineering, Physiology and Anesthesia Departments
from 1987 to 2002 and practiced as an emergency
physician with the Israel Defense Forces,
the mobile ICU of Magen David Adom (Israel),
and several hospitals in the United States.
Prof. Gavriely has published widely and
is a frequent lecturer on pulmonary acoustics.
He holds several U.S. and international
patents.
Mr. David Zvielli –
Regional Marketing &
Sales Manager
David joined ETView
in Sep., 2006 as a
regional marketing and
sales manager. David is
well experienced in
international sales and
marketing, with
substantial background
in Engineering.
David is a retired
Commander of the Israeli
Navy. During 22 years of
service, David gained
vast experience in many
aspects of engineering,
through management of
development projects
performed in the Navy
and by the Israeli
defense industry for the
Navy.
After his service in
the Israeli Navy, David
took office as the sales
manager for Israel
Shipyards Dry Dock
facilities, where he was
responsible for customer
relations, ship-repair
contracts, sales and
delivery of the
shipyards works and
services to the ship
owners.
Dedicated to the
marketing of a new,
innovative technical
product, David spent
seven years in RAFAEL,
Israel Armament
Authority, as an
international business
development and
marketing manager.
Addressing first the
local and later the
international markets,
David sold many systems
to the Israeli Navy and
to several other
International customers.
Following RAFAEL,
David moved to the
private industry sector,
where he was the local
marketing manager for
new software developed
at the start-up company
SilverMind Ltd.,
designed to manage and
control service centers
of hospitals and other
large organizations.
David holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering
(M.Sc. – MIT, B.Sc.-Technion), and in Marketing
(MBA – Technion).
Mr. Oleg Greenberg– Production Manager
Oleg
Greenberg has 15 years of experience working
in the medical and electronic industries.
Before joining ETView, Oleg has managed
the manufacturing and quality control departments
in Medical, Electro Optics and Electro Mechanics
industries.
As
an expert in modern manufacturing technologies,
Oleg has managed for over 10 years the Electro
Optical manufacturing facility in a Micro
Electronics factory.
Prior
to joining ETView, Oleg has established
the production lines of a new medical devices
factory, producing limb exsanguination/tourniquet
in orthopedic surgery and in emergency medicene.
Mr. Moty Golub
– Quality Manager
Moty Golub has 20 years
of experience working in
the medical and food
industries. Before
joining ETView, he
managed production and
quality systems at some
of Israel's leading
medical device
manufacturers. He has
wide experience in
projects encompassing
technologies that
include immunochemistry,
plastics, electronics,
metal manufacturing and
software. His expertise
is the transfer of
products from R&D to
production. Prior to
joining ETView, Moty was
Quality Manager at the
nuclear medicine
division of SSCI Medical
Israel.
Mr. Gadi Semel,
Project manager.
Gadi Semel, brings with him years of experience
in leading product development and production
projects in a variety of fields, including
military equipment, irrigation systems, and
medical devices. Gad is an electromechanical
technician and holds a mechanical engineering
degree from the Technion -Israel Institute
of Technology.
Prior to joining ETView, Semel managed
projects in companies developing and manufacturing
optomechanical inspection machinery for
the computer industry, an intra-aortic cardiac
pump, and a vein graft flow meter.
Mr. W. Robert Friedman
Robert Friedman
is Managing Director
of Burnham Securities Inc., a New York investment
bank that traces its origins back to the
establishment of Burnham and Co. in 1935
by the legendary John Burnham. Mr.
Friedman has over 25 years of healthcare
investment banking experience and is widely
considered to be one of the top healthcare
bankers in America. ETView retained
the advisory services of Burnham Securities
in January 2005 to support its push into
the U.S. market.
Mr. Oren Gavriely, Entrepreneur
Gavriely is a mechanical engineering candidate
at the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
Within the framework of his work for OHK
Medical Devices Ltd, he was responsible
for the engineering R&D of a novel device
for limb blood flow control, a product currently
marketed worldwide. Gavriely also led a
project for development of an auto tranfusion
tourniquet for Oneg HaCarmel.
