Bill Edelman, CEO
Bill Edelman, CEO, is a medical device industry executive with over 34 years’ experience. He currently serves as chairman of the board for Paragonix Technologies, Inc. (organ transport systems), NewVert, Ltd. (spinal implants), and Leviticus Cardio, Ltd. (cardiac assist power systems); co-chairman for ETView, Ltd. (TASE: ETVW) (airway management); and chairman of the board for MediValve, Ltd. (percutaneous aortic valve placement) and Cardioflow, Ltd. (embolic protection).

Mr. Edelman also serves as an advisor on the Healthcare Board for Northeast Securities, Inc., and is a member of the Advisory Council for the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Rensselaer as well as an advisor to Highland Instruments, Inc., and MindChild Medical, Inc.

Mr. Edelman recently served as a member of the Screening Committee, Medical Devices for Mass Medical Angels, and chairman of the board for both PolyTouch, Ltd. (general surgical instrumentation) and Stimatix GI, Ltd. (low-profile ostomy products).

Previously, Mr Edelman served as president and CEO for TYRX, Inc., a commercial-stage venture-backed medical device company focused in drug/device implant products for general surgery, electrophysiology and cosmetic surgery.

Prior to TYRX, Mr. Edelman held executive level positions at MicroSense International, LLC (bio-sensing), FibraSonics, Inc. (ultrasonic surgical products), NeuroMod, Inc. (neuro-stimulation technologies), St. Jude Medical, Inc. (NYSE: STJ), Pfizer, Inc. (NYSE: PFE), and Baxter International, Inc. (NYSE: BAX).

Mr. Edelman graduated with a degree in biomedical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has been issued 15 US patents and is an applicant on 3 additional pending patent applications.

 

 

Yonat Granot, COO
Yonat Granot, COO, brings more than 20 years of management experience to ETView. Prior to joining ETView, Ms Granot served as COO for the Misgav Venture Accelerator, a high-tech life sciences incubator located in northern Israel. Previously, Ms.Granot held the position of Operations Manager for ACS Motion Control, a sensor and motion control company; Operations and Marketing Manager for Arad Technologies; and assistant to the VP of R&D at Tambour, where she managed the engineering

production department. Ms Granot served as CEO of Genova, an incubator company in the renewable energy sector. Between 2009 and 2010 she served as the COO of FlowSense, a publicly traded company.

Ms. Granot holds an MSc and BSc in industrial engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.

 

 

Ronen Koyfman, CFO

Ronen Koyfman, CFO, has served as both CFO and financial controller of Medical Compression Systems Ltd., a public company in the medical device sector. Earlier, Mr. Koyfman was a senior auditor in the accounting firm of Ernst & Young. Mr. Koyfman also serves as CFO for FlowSense Medical.

Mr. Koyfman received his MBA from the Technion. He has a BA (honors) in economics and accounting from Haifa University, and is a CPA.

 

 


 

Ohad Lavi, VP Sales
Ohad Lavi, VP Sales, has more than 14 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical fields in senior sales, marketing and clinical education positions. He began his career with GlaxoSmithKline as a pharmaceutical representative and has since focused in the field of medical devices. During his career with Johnson & Johnson, Mr. Lavi began as a sales representative and rapidly progressed into senior sales, marketing and clinical training positions,

including a four-year posting as EMEA, Marketing & Professional Education Manager for Ethicon, and as national sales manager for Cordis in both cardiology and radiology. Mr. Lavi subsequently founded and managed the Surgical Franchise for Intromedix Advanced Medical Technologies, focusing on private label production to global markets and on wound management distribution in Israel.

He holds degrees both in life science and business management from the Open University, Tel Aviv and Great Britain. Mr. Lavi is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.

 

 

Ohad Lavi, VP Sales

Israel Lax, VP Marketing, has served in numerous executive sales positions in Johnson & Johnson and Itamar Medical. Mr. Lax's professional experience includes sales management, marketing and distribution of medical devices internationally.

Mr. Lax holds a master's in law from Bar-Ilan University and a BA in economics and business management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

 

 

 


 

Elias Daher, Director of Research & Development,

Elias Daher, Director of Research & Development, is an experienced product development executive who joined ETView in 2005. Mr. Daher oversees R&D programs and transition to commercial production for all ETView products with responsibility for coordinating quality assurance, regulatory submissions,  and pilot production management. During his career, Mr. Daher has brought 10 Class II medical devices to worldwide markets. Mr. Daher holds a Diplom Ingenieur degree in Product Development from the University of Applied Sciences of Bielefeld, Germany.

 


 

D. Todd Dollinger, Chairman
D. Todd Dollinger, Chairman, has more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. Mr. Dollinger is the chairman and CEO of The Trendlines Group, one of Israel's top investors in early-stage medical technology. He serves as chairman and as a member of the board of directors of a number of Trendlines portfolio companies.
